Performing Arts Center. and Regional Sanitation District He is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. State & Federal Consumer Arbitrator and Oxnard Economic Development Corporation.

Among his other projects are included Future
Leaders of America, are Alliance, Ads for Youth, Movimiento Jaranero de California, EI Concilio del Condado de Ventura. EI Centrito de La Colonia and Oxnard / Ocotlan Sister City Committee.
